It happens to the best of us, even though we hate to admit it.

Each and every one of us beautiful, one of a kind, pin-up beauties has had her heart broken. Some guy swooped in and stole our hearts only to leave them in pieces. He may not have been prince charming, maybe he was, but either way he left you wishing for more. So what do you do now that he is gone? How do you come back better than ever? Well, my sweet angels, let me list the ways.

There are few times when food isn’t my friend. I know you’re all shocked. One of these times is when I have the epic, unstoppable stomach flu.

Obviously, I don’t want to eat during a time like that. The other time is when I am utterly, without a doubt, heartbroken. I know this comes as an even bigger shock as generally speaking food is what I turn to in my time of need . . .
